Privacy at GigMuse

We design every product decision around respect for artists, organizers, and their audiences. The following sections describe the limited information we collect, how we safeguard it, and the choices you have when using GigMuse experiences, including the AI concierge.

Data minimization

We store only the fields required to operate the platform—typically your name, preferred contact details, and profile content you explicitly publish. Sensitive information (payment details, authentication secrets, or contracts) is delegated to the relevant provider (Stripe, Azure, DocuSign) and never persists in our database. You can request an export or deletion of your account data by emailing privacy@gigmuse.com.

AI conversations & ChatKit

Messages you share with the GigMuse concierge are encrypted in transit (TLS) and encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before they reach our database. Anonymous visitors receive a short-lived session ID so we can keep context inside a single browsing session. Once you sign in, those transcripts become part of your account history so you can return to the same conversation later. We prune inactive sessions on a rolling basis and never sell or share conversation content with third parties.

Tool results or metadata surfaced during a conversation are only kept while necessary to complete the request. If you connect external systems (for example, calendar access), that access can be revoked at any time from the originating provider.

Your choices

  • • Update or remove profile details from the Artist dashboard at any time.
  • • Opt out of concierge history retention by clearing the session from your account settings.
  • • Contact us for data access or deletion requests using the email above.
